How CandWAG Handles Personal Information
This notice explains how Carshalton and Wallington Art Group stores and uses details for members, prospective members, visitors, and artists.
What We Store
For membership administration we may store names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, membership status, payment/renewal records, application/visit notes, emergency contact details where provided, and communication preferences.
Why We Store It
We use this information to manage membership, renewals, visit enquiries, group communications, programme administration, and artist bookings. We only use the information for CandWAG purposes.
Who Can Access It
The private membership database is restricted to the CandWAG admin account and the Membership Secretary account. It is not visible on the public website.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information or pass it to outside bodies for marketing. We may share limited contact details within the group only where a member has agreed or where it is needed for normal group administration.
Corrections And Deletion
Members can ask for their details to be corrected, updated, or removed where the group no longer needs to keep them. Some basic financial or administration records may need to be retained for normal record keeping.
